Menu Plan 4/30-5/6

Whole Wheat Chocolate Chip Pancakes
This week I'm trying a couple of new recipes and I've got fish on the menu twice. Fish is good for you so I always have it at least once a week but want to see if I can fit it in more often. I'm also trying to keep the grocery budget low as part of our familys' effort to save money this week to contribute toward Hope for Her. That means no grocery shopping trips all week. Really, I mean it this time, no stopping at four different stores on four different days to pick up random things. I spent way too much time on food shopping last week. This week I've got the ingredients I need and we're eating out of the pantry to use up what we've got.

Weekly Menu Plan 4/30-5/6

Monday: Baked Ziti
Tuesday: Salmon Cakes, steamed green beans
Wednesday: Pasta with homemade marinara
Thursday: Tacos
Friday: Baked Tilapia, rice, steamed broccoli
Saturday: Pizza
Sunday: Leftovers & Burgers

Snacks: Soaked Apple Cinnamon Oat Muffins, Whole wheat chocolate chip pancakes, Honey Muffins
